EveryMatrix is expanding its Sales division, and is therefore currently looking for a Senior Sales Executive from the Online Gaming industry to be based in their London office.

The right candidate will be part of a direct sales team, targeting new medium and enterprise clients in the Gaming industry. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for technical solutions sales, generating new sales to the company through existing leads as well as from participating in exhibitions and conferences all over the world. The Sales Executive is furthermore expected to offer both presentations to potential customers from Board level down, both in person as well as via various media instruments. In order to be considered for the role applicants must have excellent networking skills and a proven record in solution sales from within the Online Gaming industry. A high level of energy is required for this role and as there will be some administrative tasks connected with the position, a structured work approach is preferred.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Technical solutions sales to new and existing Online Gaming operators

- Up sell products into existing clients and assist them with increasing monthly revenue streams

- Reach all set targets for EveryMatrix Online Gaming solutions

- Attend exhibitions and conferences related to the Online Gaming industry.

- Identify existing gaming operators that can benefit from managed white label solutions, sports betting
platforms and other complimentary services

- Conduct online as well as onsite presentations to potential operators of the entire product suite

- Assist the Marketing division with press releases as well as design of marketing material and collateral

- Assist in product development

- Develop strategic relationships with third party platform providers and gaming vendors

- Represent EveryMatrix in a positive and serious manner both in and outside of the organisation

- Liaise with other parts of the organisation in order to satisfy clients and achieve company goals

- Identify areas of improvement in the company and assist in creating and implementing solutions

- Keep up to date on market trends and new products in a proactive manner as well as assist in maintaining the CRM system

- Report all sales activities and forecasts on weekly and monthly basis’ to the Sales Director

Essential skills:

- Structured and analytical approach

- Sales driven, motivated and self-directed Enterprise sales professional

- Have exceptional communication, presentation, networking, negotiation skills; in addition to a strong business and work ethic

- Have a positive attitude and professional demeanor

- Be an advanced MS Office user

- Work under the guidelines and directives of the Sales Director


Travelling:
The role requires some travelling.

Reporting Relationship:
The Senior Sales Executive will report directly to the Sales Director

Turkish-Speaking Account Manager

EveryMatrix continues to grow, and is now looking for an additional Account Manager with online gaming experience to be based in their Bucharest office. This position requires fluency or very good language skills in Turkish.

Working as part of the account management team, the Account Manager is responsible for the management of relationship of EveryMatrix gaming platform existing clients and takes over the client relationship when the contract is signed. The role will require you to work closely with clients, supporting them in the management and development of their online gaming services and making them grow. You will also work closely with EveryMatrix internal operations, development and support organizations to reach your goals. As part of the client facing team you will be expected to gain an understanding of clients gaming sites and be able to produce solutions for operational and marketing challenges.  

The role will require some travel.

Required Skills:

- Preferably two years experience in online gaming product management/operations,

- Genuine interest in gaming and good understanding of the gaming industry.

- Experience of managing client relationships.

- Enjoy building a close relationship with your clients with a long term perspective.

- Experience working with key functions in an online gambling business such as marketing, affiliates, customer service, payments, content, and development.

- Experience from the IT/Telecoms or similar technical field is a merit

- Experience of data-based performance analysis, reporting and statistics.

- A familiarity and understanding of the software development lifecycle and software release management.

- A technical understanding of web services is desirable.

- Enthusiastic, energetic, trustworthy, results-focused and businesslike

- Motivated, proactive and creative thinking individual, with sound attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Excellent English written and oral communication skills.

- Very good Turkish written and oral communication skills.

- Other languages such as German, Spanish, and Italian are a merit.
